Karabo is a qualified health professional with a B.Cur and a Master’s in Business Administration qualifications. She has over 16 years’ experience in the Medical Aid Industry, 8 of which she headed Third Party Recovery for various Medical Schemes, coupled with over 10 years Operations and Administration Management, plus Client and Stakeholder Relationship Management experience.

Khathu is an experienced admitted attorney with a right of appearance in the High Courts. He has been conducting the medical schemes legal matters since 2oo6 and has represented various schemes and individual clients in respect of Third Party Claims. He serves as Chairperson for the Appeals Committee at CBE (Council for the Built Environment), and as a member for the Gauteng Legal Practice Council Disciplinary Committee and other boards.

Nancy is a qualified health professional with a BA Cur; Certificate in Business Administration and a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Health. She possesses over 20 years in clinical and medical aid industry including overall management of staff and general running of a medical practice, phlebotomy, HCT counselling and testing, and dealing with medical aids.
